Do you accept insurance?
Ashleigh is currently in-network with BCBS and Wellpoint. Out-of-network services are also provided. Expected costs and CPT codes will be provided upon request.
Do you need a referral?
Many insurance policies require a referral for coverage. If you plan to use insurance, a referral is required. If paying out of pocket, no referral is necessary.
Will my insurance reimburse for out-of-network services?
Possibly! It is important to check with your insurance provider prior to receiving services to determine if they will reimburse for out-of-network speech therapy services. If you need assistance with this, we have a form that we can email to you that will help you to make this determination upon request. An itemized document of services rendered may be provided following evaluation and treatment services, which a family may submit to insurance for potential reimbursement, however, reimbursement is not guaranteed.
How do I get to your office?
We have a suite (130) located inside the WT Enterprise Center in Amarillo, TX. The building is locked at all times, so to get in to the office you will need to call the office phone number (806) 318-6783 for your therapist to let you in.
